Whilst a range of degree-level courses aimed at aspiring arts managers and marketers are now available, when it comes to translating knowledge acquired 'in the classroom' into transferable professional skills, there's no substitute for hands-on practical experience within a busy working environment.

We know that the up-and-coming theatre managers and marketers who've spent time with out small team have benefited from the chance to get involved in the day to day administration of our work, alongside opportunities to take on specific management and/or marketing projects.

We currently offers short-term Placements, giving an overview of all areas of the company; as well as longer term Traineeships which build on this introduction to focus on particular areas to suit the specific career goals and availability of individual trainees.
